I think the shoulders may a be a bit small compared to the head, I know she is a young girl but still. I added a bit of light on the face overally to make it more to the focus

I changed the lips a bit, again it is the redness which is tricky the edges don't nee to be red and can be darker to show the mouth's edge. I would say that the wideness of the smile should be about matching the wideness of the eyeballs. However the are many types of lips

I made the eyebrows more upwards to be happier and pulled the eyes apart a bit.

The nose, the noese looks like as if it would be looking downward but teh face is straight so do not be afraid to show the nostrils. I know it is a bit hard to not feel like you are runing the picture, when we do it and we feel like we are making her have and ugly pig nose but the nostrils are very much visible do not be afraid. The nostrils roundly equal sized compared to the edge and center of the noase but varies from person to person. Younger people have their nose standing upwards.

I tried to add some more anatomy to the neck to the collarbones and the shoulders not that successful but tried.
